What "free during the founding phase" means

The self-directed tiers (Lookout → Commodore, plus Enterprise) are software — you build and sign every order yourself. All are unlocked and free from July 21 to September 21, 2026. The Founding 1313 — the first 1,313 accounts — keep every tier free for 13 months after the phase (through ~October 2027). And anyone who signs up and submits feedback during the phase earns +1 month free on any tier on top, granted after the phase ends.

The Harbor Pilot tier is different in kind: a managed offering where the engine would place liquidity on your behalf for a performance fee. It is not part of the beta — it depends on on-chain scoped delegation and the appropriate investment-adviser licensing, and will only open once those are in place. It is shown here for the roadmap, not for sale today.
